When an order is placed on our site, it is generally shipped the next business day.

Occasionally, we may have a delay in which case we will contact you. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which provides a link to track your order. We require a signature on all package deliveries. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Please note that the shipping times listed are from the time the order leaves our warehouse, not from the time when you place the order. Many times, we have to get your item(s) from one of our other locations, and this could delay shipping up to three days.

Items are shipped by USPS Unless otherwise stated.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we are not able to offer Saturday delivery.

International Shipping:

Due to overwhelming demand, we now ship internationally! All international orders must be shipped to the billing address, no exceptions. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, ip address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy. We are not responsible for any taxes or duty fees imposed by your local customs office. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on international orders. Please read shipping options carefully before choosing which carrier you would like to deliver your package.

As an international customer, you have two shipping options. Please read details carefully before selecting a carrier:

United States Postal Service (USPS) or Global Express Mail

Once the package leaves our store, you should receive it between 3-5 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the U.S. or your country. Many countries will charge taxes or duty costs in order to release your package to you. For more details, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any additional tax or duty costs imposed by your country. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package via email as soon as it ships and your package will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, after USPS attempts delivery three times without success, the package will be treated as abandoned and neither you nor Ron Herman will be able to retrieve the package. Also, the process for filing an insurance claim for lost or damaged packages is lengthy with USPS. We will not issue any refunds for lost or damaged packages until the insurance claim has been completed, resolved, and closed by USPS.

Canada: $30 for the first item and $5 each additional item All other countries: $40 for the first item and $5 each additional item

Refused Shipments If you choose to refuse any shipments from ShopRevolutionVintage.com, you assume responsibility for the original shipping charges to you, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments, and the cost of returning the package to ShopRevolutionVintage.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Return Policies We will accept returns and exchanges on NON CUSTOM items that are in their original condition with tickets attached. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed.

You Must receive an RMA!

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ANY CUSTOM ITEM!

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items, fragrances, scarves, handbags, bathing suits, hats, jewelry or undergarments. Returns and exchanges on all full priced merchandise must be returned by mail within 7 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
